Shipping Policy and Returns
Shipping Policy:
- Order processing times: After your order is placed, please allow 5-8 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse. Typically, orders are shipped faster than the allotted timeframe but may take 5-8 business days due to high order volumes. The shipping timeline excludes weekends and holidays. Orders received after 1 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day.
- Domestic and international shipping: Currently, our store can only process orders within the US.
- Shipping costs: We partner with UPS for economy shipping and charge a flat fee of $9.00. The shipping fee includes the cost to generate a label, as well as the fuel charge from UPS. There are no hidden fees included in the shipping cost.
- Shipping notifications and order tracking details: After your order is placed, you will receive a purchase confirmation to the email on file. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation that includes tracking information. If you do not receive your order within the 5-8 business day timeframe, please contact sales@shopforete.com to alert our customer service team.
Returns:
- Returns portal: To begin a return, access our return portal here.
- Returns policy: We happily accept returns on all US orders initiated within 10 days of receipt. All returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with no signs of being tried on, and in saleable condition. Please include tags and original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on “FINAL SALE” items. We only accept exchanges during extended sales (example: Black Friday).
