Policies and Returns

Extended Holiday Returns:

Orders placed between November 20 and December 25 are eligible for return or exchange until January 10.

All returns for refund are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Condition of Items:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, packaged in their original polybag to protect them from damage during shipping.

Tags must be attached.

All returned items are reviewed by our team and we reserve the right to reject your return or alter the refund amount if items are not secured in their original packaging, show signs of wear, are unclean, or are not in saleable condition.

Eligibility:

Full-priced and limited sale items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Final sale pieces are not eligible for return. Items located in the website section "Archive Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Your Return:

For acceptance and refund, your return must be scanned by the carrier within 5 days of initiating the return within our returns portal.

Processing Time:

Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is delivered to process your refund or issue your store credit.

Shipping Policy:

Order processing times: After your order is placed, please allow 5-8 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse. Typically, orders are shipped faster than the allotted timeframe but may take 5-8 business days due to high order volumes. The shipping timeline excludes weekends and holidays. Orders received after 1 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day.

Domestic and international shipping: Currently, our store can only process orders within the US.

Shipping costs: We partner with UPS for economy shipping and charge a flat fee of $9.00. The shipping fee includes the cost to generate a label, as well as the fuel charge from UPS. There are no hidden fees included in the shipping cost.

Shipping notifications and order tracking details: After your order is placed, you will receive a purchase confirmation to the email on file. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation that includes tracking information. If you do not receive your order within the 5-8 business day timeframe, please contact sales@shopforete.com to alert our customer service team.
